Our Merchandising team is expanding!

We are seeking a Director, Strategic Beauty Partnerships.

As we continue to evolve as a premiere Women’s lifestyle membership, we are consistently trying to push the needle and bring the latest and greatest products for our 1M+ members. 

Reporting to our Senior Director, Beauty this new role will craft innovative and dynamic collaborations to attract Tier 1 and buzz-worthy brands.

Ideal candidates have previous experience managing complex retail business, as well as a confident ability in negotiating 360 deals. 

What You’ll Do
Develop innovative strategies to secure new Tier 1 beauty/skincare brands for both our seasonal subscription box and E-commerce initiatives Create out of the box buzz-worthy collaborations quarterly to be featured in the seasonal box with the primary goal to to grow the FFF member audience in addition to garnering press Work with cross-functional leaders to ensure new tier 1 brand partnerships and collaborations come to life and are flawlessly executed (Merch Strategy, Site Merch, Sourcing, Operations, Quality, Legal, Marketing, Product, Consumer Insights, etc.)  Curate personalized marketing packages for target brands that ensure optimal results for the brand, FabFitFun, and FFF Members.

Partner with Influencer and Marketing teams to ensure that packages maximize marketing impact for both the brand and FabFitFun
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field (MBA a plus!) 7+ years experience negotiating and managing complex retail business Proven experience managing revenue of $150M+ Desire and capability to help build, educate, mentor a team Strength in developing and executing short and long-term strategies Ability to think creatively and develop new innovatives concepts for our business Can effectively manage all aspects of annual financial plan and operating budgets Ability to lead company-wide initiatives with senior leaders Capable of leverage analytics, hind-sighting, and financial and qualitative analysis to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations and enhancements to the business Adaptable to change and receptive to feedback and suggestions
