Sr Capability Manager/Program Manager
Product Manager/Delivery Lead Role is to set the direction at the product level and work with other products and value streams on the overall vision of the Cirrus System. This role supports program level processes and execution, escalates impediments, manages risk, and baselines best practices. In addition, supports the team in delivering business value by removing obstacles and making sure the team has what they need to be successful. The Delivery lead is accountable for the End to End Delivery of program milestones.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creates and maintains the Product / Capability Roadmap for the Cirrus Configuration Team
- Oversees End to End Delivery on behalf of the configuration team
- Creates and/or provides input to Program Level Status Reporting, including but not limited to Roadmap, Dashboard, Executive Steering Committee reporting.
- Configuration Change Control Management
- Drives Configuration Impact Assessment Process (coordinating downstream impact assessments, IAT (Impact Assessment Tool) updates, and weekly configuration change reports)
- Coordinates testing readiness dates between downstream testing teams (SIT, E2E, PCAT, UAT) and Configuration
- Helps manage Feature and Solution Capability dependencies, foster collaboration across disciplines, functions and levels
- Helps Product Owner with escalating impediments, facilitates cross-team collaboration when needed and provides input to address critical bottlenecks
- Work with Program and leadership to understand the overall vision of the product, capabilities, customer requirements and the solution.
- Resolve complex business problems (technical, product, service, process, operations, organizational) that affect multiple functions/disciplines and/or customers (internal/external) and develop innovative solutions
- Work across a matrix environment to engage appropriate internal and external partners to assure successful analysis, option determination and tactical execution
- Effectively engage and partner with cross-functional teams to create and deliver solutions
- Utilize and leverage electronic tools such as MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, and WebEx to support clear, effective documentation, presentation, and communication of relevant project and service information
- Provide subject matter expertise or other operational support related to payer system configuration operations
Requirements:
- Experience working on mixed methodology programs (Scrum interfacing with Waterfall from a dependency perspective)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate both up and down the organization
- Project Management experience
- Facilitation skills
- Track record of driving change
- Proven ability to lead through influence and remove roadblocks
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of the Cirrus Claims Processing System.
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach
- Experience with Rally and Service Now
- Knowledge of OSAM
- Understanding of backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity and task definition
- Participation in Agile communities of practice
Colorado Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700 base.
