What You’ll Do as an SAP Training and Change Management Senior Consultant

Clarkston’s SAP Training and Change Management (TCM) Senior Consultants assist clients in multiple areas related to Organizational Development.

This includes analysis, design and implementation of programs for Communications Planning and Management, Organizational Change Management and Training.

SAP TCM Senior Consultants work with client stakeholders to determine strategy, schedule, budget, resource management, issue resolution, risk management, status reporting, program delivery and validation.

Clarkston’s SAP TCM Senior Consultants are adept at supporting technology implementations, particularly SAP systems, as well as business and cultural changes.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the development of Training, Communications, and Change Management solutions from requirements gathering to implementation

– Conduct strategic workshops engaging both client leadership and operational staff to assess needs and determine implementation strategies

– Develop and edit module content, materials and media to support the overall project goals and objectives, reviewing deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency with the detailed design

– Identify and shape opportunities to provide or create additional client value

– Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of project teams

– Advise clients on industry processes and standards as necessary

What We’re Looking For

An ideal candidate for the SAP Training and Change Management Senior Consultant role would have gained experience in one or more of the following:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management Information Systems or an equivalent discipline required

– Five (5) years of experience in delivery of Training and Change Management programs, ideally including consulting experience

– Three (3) years of experience supporting business process and systems implementations (SAP preferred) for manufacturing clients

– One (1) year of team lead experience directing small project teams

– One (1) year of experience in the life sciences, consumer products, or retail industries

– Superlative interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of client leadership.

Must have excellent presentation skills and ease at presenting to a variety of audiences

– Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment

– Thorough client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements and project plans/tasks

– Excellent team building, mentoring, and leadership abilities

– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to present and write at publication quality level to communicate findings and recommendations

– Achievement oriented and entrepreneurial

Travel is an integral part of this role and is estimated to average 50-75% and may vary based upon client and project needs.

While travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19 restrictions, all non-essential travel has been limited and any on-site requests are subject to review.
