Restaurant Manager

Rapidly growing NYC / Brooklyn styled pizzeria & cafe is seeking an energetic team leader to guide, manage and channel a growth mindset as the mangager for our flagship store.   The ideal candidate has had experience in F&B operations, including shift management, payroll, vendor relationships overall business knowledge and experience.   Work closely with ownership to identify key growth opportunities, scale and market the brand and, most importantly, create and maintain the higest standard of customer experience.

 Responsibilities:
– Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and employees
– Creating shift schedules
– Running payroll when needed
– Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
– Train and supervise staff members to maintain high standards of performance
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Skills:
– 3-5 years of previous experience in a managerial role dealing with food vendors, managing inventory, food handling and safety, and managing staff required
– Someone who is upbeat, energetic, reliable, and eager to learn and grow
– Knowledge of coffee preparation preferred
– Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
