JOB OVERVIEW:
The Restaurant Manager will manage the restaurant on a day to day basis, embracing the Tatsu culture
and core values while responsible for supporting, managing, and developing all team members.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Lead a team with standards consistent with Tatsu Ramen’s core values and culture
 Ensure food/team member safety and security standards are met and adhered to consistently
 Maintain food service and production levels by leading strong FOH and BOH execution
 Contribute ideas, thoughts, and solutions to maximize results
 Build, maintain and increase guest satisfaction
 Ensure all checklists are completed before and after every shift
 Examine and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and front of the house areas
 Ensure proper equipment maintenance and ensure proper safety and sanitation
 Responsible for taking all actions necessary, including coaching, discipline and/or recommendation
of termination of employment, to ensure compliance with standards and policies
 Conduct regular inspections of the entire working areas and act promptly to any deficiencies
 Generate a daily report with end of shift notes
 Recruit, interview, and train new hires adhering to standards
 Scheduling duties, creating and posting schedule, monitoring the team’s working schedule based on
operation needed and filling holes in the when necessary
 Payroll responsibilities, reviewing time punches, breaks, sick time and attendance
 Other related responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the Restaurant General Manager or the Director of Operations.
REQUIRMENTS:
 3+ years restaurant management experience – fast casual preferred
 Front of House and Back of House experience
 Ability to multitask while maintaining highest level of service
 Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
 Managers Food Safety Certification
 High food quality control standards
 Must be able to taste all our food which includes pork broth, meat and chicken
 Ability to work a minimum of 5 days a week, any day of the week with flexible working hours.

Pay: $60,000.00
– $70,000.00 per year
