Remote Account Manager Job in Nashville, TN
LHH is hiring a Remote Account Manager for a progressive IT company in Nashville, TN! This role will have the opportunity to service the company’s top accounts, and provide both customer service and administrative support for the Sales team. Order processing experience required! The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of Account Management and troubleshooting experience, and can thrive wearing many different hats at once. This is a permanent opportunity, offering a hourly pay range starting at $23/HR depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Directly support the Sales team with administrative and customer service support
- Provide top-tier customer service to client accounts and attentively listen to client needs
- Process orders on behalf of clients and assist with logistical support
- Communicate the status of orders to clients and process purchase orders
- Manage client communications and incoming inquiries as needed
- Handle highly confidential information appropriately and protect data within the internal database
- Additional duties/projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Account Management and Order Processing experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Must have strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and overall technical skills, CRM experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills required
Hours and Location:
- 100% remote position
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
