If you want to be challenged to up your game and make a difference, then join us in giving the world reason to cheer Position Summary: AEG Presents is looking for product development talents across a suite of proprietary tools spanning consumer and enterprise needs. Our tools cover various business operations, such as booking, marketing, ticketing and more. On the Product Development team, the Product Manager is someone who demonstrates an understanding of product management fundamentals, synthesizes the different viewpoints from all stakeholders to arrive at a clear solution, and has practical knowledge in writing User Stories that drive value for the user. You will work directly with product leadership on the team and other functional stakeholders to understand user and business problems, come up with creative product solutions to solve them, and then work with engineering to execute on the roadmap. You are a natural problem solver who puts the user front and center, can work amidst ambiguity, and be willing (and able) to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Essential Functions: Supervise products through various launch phases and follow-on releases including working as a liaison for the department, ensuring that our efforts and capabilities are properly represented and expertly applied to new use cases. Work directly with engineers to translate product requirements into technical documentation. Transform business and functional requirements into detailed User Stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria that help engineering bring product features to life while prioritizing user goals. Support management tasks related to day-to-day support as well as longer term support processes. Required Qualifications: Minimum education of BA/BS Degree (4-year) in a related field 4-6 years of work experience in a related field Experience working with internal and external development teams Advanced knowledge of offer and settlement mechanics Demonstrated experience in JIRA/Confluence a must Ability to distill complex technical matters depending on the audience Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and proven ability to learn required business systems Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Degree Preferred Experience in SQL AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employees job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
