We’re #2.Retail Operations Manager:The Retail Operations Manager reports to the Director of Retail Operations and is responsible for executing operational standards across all Reformation store locations. The Retail Operations Manager will help standardize processes and develop strategies for project management, budget management, and internal reporting. They will roll-up their sleeves to help drive real, sustainable implementation. The Retail Operations Manager is a big picture thinker and a hands-on doer; is smart, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working with all levels of management. This is a great role for a motivated self-starter looking to gain a deep understanding of a vertically integrated fashion business and managing the challenges that come from a quickly growing company. The ideal person is willing to pitch in anywhere there’s an opportunity–big and small–even if it is outside of the normal job responsibilities.Responsibilities:* Partners with cross functional teams to establish applicable policies, procedures, and updates* Implements, maintains and continuously develops suitable tools and metrics to support project management effectiveness while aligning with the growing and scaling needs of Reformation* Develops, executes and maintains business processes, best practices, and other documentation* Interfaces regularly with key cross-functional partners to solicit, evaluate and filter feedback to ensure teams’ perspectives and needs are included in decision-making* Develops compelling, insightful recommendations through data, analysis and qualitative learning* Performs ad hoc analysis and business operations reporting* Supports budget management and reporting for retail operations* Identifies and prioritizes the company’s strategic initiatives and serves as change agent* Partners with Director of Retail Operations to develop framework for tackling complex business problems, and works to achieve critical business goalsQualifications:* Bachelor’s degree required* 4-5 years’ experience in retail operations* Strong writing, and interpersonal skills* Superior ability to work cross functionally and provide leadership* Strong ability to prioritize workload and multi-task with moderate supervision* Proven analytical and reporting skills with strong working knowledge of excel and office suite* Strategic problem solver – assess the situation, identify opportunities, dependably execute* High attention to detail and organization, ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines* Solution-oriented approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environment, as well as situations of ambiguity and uncertaintyBenefits & Perks:* Health, vision, and dental insurance for eligible employees* Paid vacation, sick, holidays & volunteer time-off for eligible employees* Mission based company + casual and entrepreneurial work environment* Clothing discount, dog-friendly office, company events + parties and much more* 401K with company matchTo Apply:Please submit your resume and a short cover letter telling us about yourself and why you are a great fit for Reformation!The Reformation is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
