Paid Search Marketing Manager

The Paid Search team is a group of experts that are focused on consistently improving results for our clients using industry best practices and cutting edge thought leadership.

In this role, you’ll be developing advanced strategic recommendations, executing complex paid search campaigns and delivering campaign performance results to our clients.

You’ll have the opportunity to hone expert-level paid search skills and solve challenges of all shapes and sizes for some of the largest brands in the world. 

This new team is responsible for providing paid search services to our clients.

This role will have the unique opportunity to help build, grow, and develop the team.

You should be comfortable being hands-on with all aspects of paid search as well as have experience mentoring other team members.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact, both internally and externally, for all things paid search on the clients to which you’re assigned
  • Lead planning, reporting, and insights for paid search campaigns
  • Build, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns on engines such as Google and Bing with a focus on flawless execution and exceeding KPIs
  • Recommend and implement optimizations to existing campaigns to improve overall performance
  • Brainstorm new ways to improve performance in paid search
  • Perform campaign QA on your own campaigns, plus those built by others on the team
  • Provide data and insights to in-market teams for campaign wrap-ups and larger reporting deliverables such as QBRs

Requirements

  • BA or equivalent 
  • 4+ years paid search campaign planning, setup, optimization and reporting experience, preferably at the agency level
  • Ability to interpret and provide recommendations based on analytics data from platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Google Shopping + product feed experience
  • Proven ability to use data and slides to convey a story about paid search performance
  • Excel skills: comfort with pivot tables is a MUST.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
