Responsibilities: * Managing and Training Cold Callers and Sales Team * Daily 1 on 1 trainings/quality improvements * Monitoring the calls and listening to calls and provide feedbacks to cold callers and sales team * Quotas (check cold callers and sales team are hitting goals) * Submitting hours and bonuses for accounting * Weekly group trainings * Review and Follow up on seller leads.
Issue contracts and follow up to close on Contracts out, Hot leads, High priority leads as scheduled, and close sellers.
* Review the comparables are accurate * Create Purchase Sales Agreements * Send Docusign to Seller * Update CRM (podio) and Disposition * Once Contracts are signed pass all information to Disposition Department * Any Follow up calls needed ( Inspections, Dispo quality control with sellers & tenants) * Vendor Management ( New realtors, sellers, inspectors, contractors, Escrow, TItle ) update on podio and bring up to proper team members that will benefit from the vendor * Interns Training and Management * Create training schedule for the week * Give assignments * Listen to their cold calls * 30 min
