RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a Los Angeles, CA client in need of a remote Project Manager IV. Responsibilities Functional, operational and technical requirements of all systems used by assigned functional areas Application development and project life cycle methodologies and standards Project selection and approval, budgeting and business case preparation and analysis, as well as work breakdown structures and forecasting Concepts of risk management, issue tracking, change management and requirements gathering Information technology support and technical documentation Principles of banking and finance and securities industry operations Business planning and analysis Project budget interfaces with other accounting systems REQUIREMENTS Minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years of relevant experience in project management required PMI qualified candidates preferred Requires prior Project Management experience in the Retail Mortgage Lending business or direct Retail Mortgage Lending experience in a financial services institution Requires prior project management experience with information technology projects (not only on the business side) Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
