PROJECT MANAGER (DATA MIGRATION) – LOS ANGELES, CA
The Select Groups’ utility client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team remotely on the west coast! This Project Manager will be supporting the transition between Supplier Relationship Management tools! This person can sit 100% remote, but must sit in the Pacific Standard Time zone.
PROJECT MANAGER (DATA MIGRATION) REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-7 years of relevant experience (Project Management, Technical/Testing, Supply Management/Supply Chain)
- Project management experience
- Experience with testing (UAT preferred) and supporting technical applications (SAP preferred)
- Experience with issue/ticket tracking software (Jira or Azure DevOps preferred)
- MS Project or other PM Tool experience
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
PROJECT MANAGER (DATA MIGRATION) NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Supply Management/Supply Chain/Contracting
- SAP, Ariba/Fieldglass experience
- Ability to write test scripts
PROJECT MANAGER (DATA MIGRATION) RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide project assistance to the migration from one Supplier Management Tool to another
- Project Assistance: Work on planning and tracking progress for the project focusing on Supply Management requirements and roll-out strategy for each utility
- Testing Assistance: script writing, testing, assisting with tracking testing and retesting when required
- Issue Monitoring: tracking issues found in System Integration and User Acceptance Testing through resolution
- Data Analysis: Reviewing data in Ariba and Fieldglass solutions to improve strategy of subsequent releases
- Contract/Data Migration: Supporting the transition of contracts from existing systems to Ariba/Fieldglass
