Project Manager (Creator Marketing)

100% remote: must work PST hours
Temp-to-hire role

Position Summary:
Our client has one of the world’s largest live video networks that powers the many companies that are using live video to uniquely engage and build communities where more than a billion hours are streamed live each month.

As a Creator Marketing Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in supporting Creator and Influencer Marketing teams’ goals by managing a group of creative marketing projects end-to-end while simultaneously tracking the success of each project against specific marketing goals and strategies.

You’ll liaise with internal and external creative, marketing, partnerships, and content teams to manage and advance specific project goals, stewarding projects from launch to completion.

Job Responsibilities:
Help establish project scope and goals with a creator-first approach
Help determine strategy for processes and projects: build and improve project operating workflows
Manage and execute Influencer & Creator Marketing projects from start to finish
Create comprehensive project documentation plans: monitor, manage, and track communication progress across all teams involved
Establish success metrics for projects and ensure performance is tracked and measured and routinely re-evaluated
Identify and escalate project risks as needed
Assist with creating marketing presentations and be the driver of post project retrospectives
Responsible for budget management and timely payout of invoices
Regularly prepare update reports regarding status of the project and outstanding actions

Requirements:
3+ years proven experience in project management, leading decision-making with regards to task management and timeline planning
Strong with social and can conceptualize social media concepts
Creator Marketing experience
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Experience with project managements systems (Asana)
Ability to set deadlines, forecasting many deadlines and milestones across several projects simultaneously
Experience leveraging marketing analytics and audience insights to prioritize resources to maximize the outcome of projects
Experience with resource allocation
– of both human and budgetary resources
