At least three (3) years of experience participating in end-to-end IT application development Life Cycle including project planning, requirements tracking, design, development, testing, implementation, technical documentation, post-deployment support, and project closeout. Prototyping, wire framing, process flow designdevelopment, and other project management tools. Proficient understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts. Efficient and effective in the management of project resources. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with all levels of management, customers, project team and staff. Strong project management, analysis, and organizational skills. Excellent ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks, and meet deadlines to deliver assigned tasks. Capable of adapting to changing situations and shifting priorities. High proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the project team, LADBS staff, and other City departments. Experience working respectfully in a culturally diverse work environment. Ability to work independently and with teams. Previous experience with point-of-sale (POS) or other transactionalfinancial management systems is highly desired. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Experience with the operation of cashieringfinancial management systems is desired. Technical documentation experience. Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. Proficiency using Google email and Google Suite technology platform. Familiarity with various audio and video collaboration tools, including Skype and Google Hangouts.
