Project Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEffectively organize projects and tasks based on priority to help meet expectations and deadlines of projectsManage accurate workplace logistics and optimization (including seating) for 7 office locationsAssist with department relocation and seating to accommodate company expansion and work efficiencyProcess supply requests and make purchases from approved vendorsMaintain and analyze office supply inventory process and restock for the various office locationsAct as liaison for the department in routine administrative and project coordination activities, including phone calls, inquiries, management of contracts and any other matters as designatedObtain, manage and analyze contractor and vendor bids for projects and renovationsFollow through on all aspects of a project’s life cycle from beginning to end in a timely mannerConduct effective research to meet project goals and assigned tasksAnalytical problem solving with the ability to understand the overall pictureArrange and attend status and planning meetings with vendors and executives in regard to on-going projects as well as future improvementsEstablish and maintain professional rapport with clients, vendors, and internal company employeesMaintain strict confidentiality of business discussionsTravel to various offices within LA county to assist with facility and office managementAd-hoc projects as assigned by the manager/supervisorQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
