(Production) Sanitation Supervisor

Responsibilities: Respected dairy producer in Cabot, VT is seeking a food processing professional familiar with all aspects of manufacturing plant sanitation.

Position is responsible for all sanitation procedures in a cheese cut and wrap plant.

Position will be 3rd shift and have 8-12 direct reports.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.

Significant experience in lieu of degree may be considered.

Minimum of 3 years in food plant sanitation.

Dairy plant experience is a big plus.

Must have knowledge of CIP and SQF Must be able to work 3rd shift
