Prelitigation Case Manager

Seeking a highly motivated case manager who is familiar with personal injury claims.
?Initial client contact, intakes, medical records requests, scheduling medical appointments, resolving PD and loss of use, reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution, preparing files for demand, and quality client care.
?Handling telephone calls, scanning documents, data entry, and filing.
?Attention to detail and good communication skills.
?Well-organized, tech savvy, and able to work in a team environment.
