Portal Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Austin, TX ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Portal Development Manager in Austin, TX to provide oversight over Portal development tasks for Texas Medicaid project.
S/he will perform the following duties: Technical oversight over Portal development work for various projects at Texas Medicaid; oversee development team of about 8-10 people working in Agile Scrum teams; Provide technical guidance and support overall solution to meet business needs; Peer review technical documentation including code and design; Provide technical architecture support for Portal applications at Texas Medicaid; The Portal applications at Texas Medicaid include applications to enroll providers, submit claims, verify Medicaid eligibility, check claim status inquiry, submit long term care forms, and submit prior authorizations; identify any cross-project impacts and coordinate changes across multiple project teams; and support Executive Leadership in helping define the technology roadmap for these Portal applications.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as an Application Development Associate Manager, Software Engineer or in a related IT position.
This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 years of experience working with agile teams;5 years of experience with UX/UI (User Experience/User Interface) interface development using ASP.NET MVC (Model View Controller), WebApi, C#, Razor, HTML5, CSS, JS, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, and Bootstrap; 5 years of experience Designing, developing and deploying leveraging SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), SaaS (Software as a Service)
– WCF, SOAP and REST; 3 years of experience performing testing using tools like HP Loadrunner for both functional and non-functional requirements; 5 years of experience with Unittesting frameworks using Microsoft fakes and moq Framework; 1 year of experience implementingADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant protocols including WCAG 2.1 Level AA; and 3 years of experience with windows Workflow to implement long-running business processes.
Telecommuting is permitted for this role; need to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
