Office Manager

Tetavi has an opening for an Office Manager at its LA location.

The individual will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the LA studio, which include supporting management team, production scheduling, US office administrative functions and other coordination efforts with corporate office in Israel.

You will be the focal point of office operations and provide advanced administrative support to senior executives of the company in an efficient, effective and professional manner
Collaborate with different administrative stakeholders within Tetavi on joint initiatives
Handle complex calendar management across multiple time zones
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Foster a professional relationship with staff, board members, external partners etc
Schedule and manage travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, reservations etc)
Coordinate internal team events as well as professional events
Manage office supply, place order and handle deliveries from and to the office
Assist with production coordination and logistics: production schedule/call-sheets, system shipping & tracking, filing system maintenance, budget management
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience as a C-level Executive Assistant in a dynamic and changing environment – preferably in the media entertainment.
Past experience in managing executive calendars, including working across various time zones
Able to manage projects with a high level of attention to details while executing within tight deadlines
Experience in managing all day-to-day operations of the office
Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks quickly and effectively
Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship building nature
Ability to write and verbally communicate on behalf of senior leadership
General understanding of production terminology and equipment in a film production environment.
