The Work:
Youll often be:
Supporting our clients on all things Metaverse. From helping identify key risks and considerations to evaluating and measuring the business value. You will help Accenture be a trusted advisor for our clients C-Suite.
Serving our clients on their Metaverse journey. Starting with contributing to and utilizing thought leadership to outline the market, to concepting, to helping show the value. You will then support the creation of the approach and assist in delivering measurable business value.
Pioneering the Metaverse by understanding the use of its many building blocks: Multiparty Systems & Blockchain, Extended Reality, Digital Identity, Hardware (AR/VR Goggles & Lenses), Software (Gaming Platforms & Virtual Worlds), etc., bringing your perspectives and inputs to client conversations.
Scanning the Metaverse ecosystem to identify and understand the value of differentiating partners for consideration in building relationships and collaborating with in bringing solutions to our clients.

Here’s what you need:

Minimum of 3 years experience leveraging emerging technologies to deliver large scale transformations for clients

Minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated experience understanding assessing and analyzing industry or business challenges, identifying new opportunities, and explaining how an offering and service provides value with an objective and independent point of view

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
Professional Skills Requirement:
- Strong communicator with comfortability explaining new and complex scenarios and solutions in a simple, logical manner that addresses varying audiences from business process leads to department leads
Bonus point if you have:

Exposure to insights on key methodologies, approaches, and market trends in the industry.

Understanding of Multiparty Systems (Blockchain, Tokenization, NFTs) technologies

Understanding of Extended Reality (AR/VR) technologies

Prior Management Consulting or enterprise services business experience

Experience presenting to clients as well as facilitation experience with storytelling skills
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $83,600 – $178,500 and information on benefits offered is here.
