We are in search of a high-energy, technical sales leader to promote creative solutions for current and potential customers while providing overall leadership to the market team.nn nnThe Southern California Market Manager will directly drive all sales efforts within the defined market and provide leadership to the operations team.

· Provide the highest level of customer service through exacting standards, proactive communication, and uncompromising ethical standardsnn nn
· Oversight for overall sales strategy including integration of sales growth and market share objectivesnn nn
· Provide leadership and daily direction to the operations team in collaboration with the national VP of operations.nn nn
· Project management of existing projectsnn nn
· Prospecting, surveying, and proposing new projectsnn nn
· Satisfy or exceed market sales goalsnn nn
· Partner closely with CBI operational leaders to ensure clear alignment and maximize field efficiencynn nn
· Continual outreach and relationship building with elevator contractors, consultants, and property managers to establish CBI as the preferred provider of WBO services.nn nn
· Management and recruitment of subcontractor partnersnn nn
· Participate in sales and operations bi-monthly meetingsnn nn
· Travel throughout the Southern California areann nn n nn nn Experience / Qualifications nn nn
· 5+ years of relevant work experience requirednn nn
· Elevator modernization experience is preferrednn nn
· Ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers, team members, and CBI leadership is critical for this rolenn nn
· Self-motivated to work independently and efficiently in a competitive, customer-focused environmentnn nn
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate stakeholder interest are critical for this rolenn nn
· Strong understanding of building and elevator codesnn nn
· Prior leadership experience is preferrednn nn
· Ready to take on new challenges daily, be detailed oriented, and able to prioritizenn nn
· Strong business acumen with demonstrated business decision making skillsnn nn
· Natural desire to learn and curiosity for industry dynamicsnn nn
