Position Overview The Associate Director Body Contouring (MMS) is responsible for strategic planning and tactical implementation of the US physician marketing function, with a focus on driving utilization of existing accounts and creating new leads through prospect marketing to drive system adoption.

Drive marketing projects to completion, including creating project goals, plan, and tactics.

Must be able to track success factors and provide weekly status reports.

Main Areas of Responsibility Drive strategic and tactical execution of physician marketing efforts with focus on driving system utilization Identify keys to success in driving utilization within key accounts and scale insights, through strategies and programs to drive broad based adoption of MMS technology Partner with cross functional teams to successfully navigate product through the distribution pathway and ensure sales communications are aligned and disseminated Utilize prospecting and educational programs to drive new system adoption within existing, high value Allergan Aesthetic accounts Oversee peer-to-peer education programs nationally, regionally and locally including overall program strategy and execution, content development and reporting Provide strategic ownership of tradeshow strategy nationally, regionally and locally Speaker identification, training and speaker bureau management Provide strategic guidance and lead development of publication and advertising plan to support physician prospect marketing Develop programs, messaging and collateral materials to drive sales team initiatives, and support these activities with field training Manage operational and manufacturing relationships and service requirements Continuously analyze and report the performance of capital equipment marketing efforts Responsible for budget and invoice management Serve as day-to-day marketing point-of-contact for the sales team Additional duties may include: Educate and train sales team on matters related to MMS products and programs Develop close working relationship with marketing services, consumer marketing, digital team, sales, tradeshows and MMS KOLs.

Assist in developing and executing annual physician marketing strategy and tactical plan.

Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and continue to optimize performance for best iROI.

Track and analyze expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budget.

Collaborate with internal departments, agencies and external customers to achieve objectives.

Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding project status, as well as other critical issues that impact goal achievement.

Attend relevant industry meetings and conferences.

Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and regulatory requirements.

Effectively partner with and manage agency partners to accomplish annual operating plan Qualifications Requirements The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job: Minimum of5 years of progressively more responsible professional experience in product/marketing management in the medical device or medical aesthetics space is a must.

In-depth knowledge of the product marketing and new product development function.

Excellent track record of success, time management, working with minimal supervision to meet project objectives and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills/Qualification The below skills are attributes that may not be mandatory but are desired in the ideal candidate.

Understanding of digital marketing and SFDC Experience in the aesthetic industry and/or capital device space Strong creative and innovation thinking skills Strong presentation skills Analytical and problem solving skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Work within a complex, matrixed organization and cross-functional environment Manage and prioritize workload, multi-task and manage a diverse mix of issues, responsibilities and challenges Demonstrate strategic thinking and analytical expertise while able to articulate concepts and ideas Education BS/BA in business or a life science related field is preferred.

MBA is desirable.
