Manager, Social Media
Overview
Talento has partnered with a non-profit tourism organization located in Los Angeles California.
This Organization is looking for a Manager in Social Media who will be responsible for managing social media accounts centered around events, restaurants and tourist attractions.
An idea candidate would have a creative flair for writing, have strong experience as a social media content creator, and be a creative thinker with a passion for Los Angeles.
The role is in Los Angeles and requires occasional travel.
Responsibilities
Own the organization’s social media platforms
Staying organized and up to date on calendar deadlines.
Frequently creating eye-catching content on a regular basis
Partner with relevant stakeholders to create and execute digital marketing strategies
Fostering a community of followers seeking to find new places to explore in LA
Attends local events to represent and promote the organization’s brand
Responsible for understanding, targeting, analyzing, and creating cost-effective Ad sales to garner a larger online social presence
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with 3-5 years of professional relative experience.
Creative writing and photo editing skills
Must be current on how to leverage digital platforms and properly communicate with large audiences.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be able to meet various competing deadlines
Work with various stakeholders to ensure operational success
Preferably bilingual in Spanish and/or Japanese
