Manager (or Associate Manager)
– Agile Search, Talent Engine

In this role, you will do many things to help us find mission critical talent and contribute to building highly productive teams for medical technology and life science companies that are changing the face of healthcare for the better.

   
Serving as a multi-faceted professional, taking on challenging assignments of all types, learning on the fly, and producing outstanding results for our customers Conducting market research and sourcing candidate profiles for unique technical and leadership positions in the life sciences and medtech sectors Learn and apply proprietary talent sourcing and intelligence gathering techniques; utilize promotional techniques that build credibility while attracting hard to reach talent Conduct proactive recruiting, screening interviews and assessments with candidates Assist in the development of new business opportunities and partnerships

Requirements:
5+ years of experience, with increased responsibility and having operated at the ‘manager’ level Written and verbal communication skills at “business executive” level Positive track record overcoming challenging obstacles and producing top level results Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred; technical proficiency, advanced training and/or highly relevant experience may be a substitute for degree
