Job Description Responsibilities Act as senior contributor to service transition and service delivery for accounts assigned to the team Ensure proper coverage on assigned accounts; 1-4 projects or as needed Monitor incident workload and redistribute as necessary Conduct quarterly account reviews to identify client satisfaction, process adherence, backlogs, quality of services provided, opportunities for improvement, etc.
Serve as escalation point for assigned clients Review contracts for special terms.
Monitor time expended, billings, renewals, profitability Spearhead and participate in process improvement initiatives to improve maturity of Managed Services delivery Provide technical and functional subject matter expertise to team Act as primary Technical Account Manager ( ‘TAM’) for some accounts Help coordinate collaboration between teams in different geographic regions Design Dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators to indicate proactive changes to the customer’s environments Qualifications Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience Individual at least 3-5 years of experience on the administrative side of NetSuite, including support & escalations Comprehensive understanding of landscape of web technologies and standards Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP About Myers-Holum Myers-Holum Inc.
