Loss Control and Recovery Manager Credit Key’s mission is to deliver a superior business payment experience at B2B point-of-purchase. Our core product allows B2B merchants to offer buy-now-pay-later financing at e-commerce checkout. Credit Key is seeking a Loss Control and Recovery (LCR) Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. The LCR Manager will report to the VP of Risk with the primary responsibility of developing and executing strategies to mitigate credit losses from delinquent and charged off small business borrowers. This is a ‘hands-on’ operations role with the ability to drive significant process and policy creation and improvements and develop ‘test and learn’ collections and recoveries strategies. What You’ll Do Develop and implement collections and recoveries strategies for small business borrowers to mitigate credit losses. Create reporting and tracking for key performance indicators (KPIs) around effectiveness and intensity of collections efforts for review with Risk Committee Directly contact non-performing borrowers and setup repayment terms based on company guidelines and procedures. Partner with engineering and customer support to develop multi-channel automated contact strategy. Manage interactions and monitor effectiveness of third-party collections agencies Partner with Customer Support, Risk Operations, and Finance to update loan agreements and monitor loan repayments Requirements What we look for 4-6 years of collections and/or recoveries experience from a lending organization. Prior Fintech and small business experience is a plus. Prior experience adhering to Banking regulations, including Fair Lending and FDCPA best practices. Strong attention to detail, analytical/problem solving skills, and sense of ownership from start to finish.
