Project Manager – Los Angeles, CA

Provides administrative oversight and leadership for assigned brands and projects.

Manage each assigned project from conception to completion, supervising a project coordinator as needed.

Provide project management support for senior members of the department.

Responsible for getting the right people in the right place at the right time to produce work that influences the world on time, on budget and as efficiently as possible.

Serve as the central source of communication to all team members assigned to each specific project for that account and with director of creative resources and studio manager regarding creative resources.Responsibilities:1.

Proactive liaison between all assigned brand and project team members including senior staff, creative,strategy, media, account management, production and studio to ensure that the whole team is movingforward on the same page and that the details of projects are accounted for.2.

Manage and be accountable for each step of the internal creative brief and creative development process,managing project details and delegating tasks to project management staff as needed.3.

Coordinate internal creative reviews to facilitate approvals for key project deliverables including creativebriefs, creative materials, presentation materials and production materials.4.

Maintain and archive detailed records of the life of a project and share information with core team proactively,including meeting/call notes following all internal creative reviews.5.

Add projects to and maintain the current status of projects on workload status report and daily creative andstudio hot list.

Attend and actively participate in all necessary daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly status andworkload review meetings.6.

Compile materials for kickoff and midpoint meetings and assists creative teams with materials for internalreviews and client presentations.7.

Maintain project files on the server insuring teammates may locate and access files independently.8.

Communicate assignments to the appropriate people within the agency and follow through to make sure workis being done in a timely manner.9.

Monitor progress of multiple jobs to ensure adherence to schedules by checking with all team members forproblems that may arise and alerts the appropriate individuals when there may be obstacles to getting thework completed.10.

Ensure all team members are aware of and have agreed to project schedules.11.

Provide quality control by ensuring work and presentations have been proofread and checked by pm,account, creative and production against all project change orders.12.

Communicates workload and staffing needs proactively with director of creative resources and studiomanagement.13.

Supervise project coordinators on assigned brands and projects.

Provide direct, immediate, constructivefeedback to teammates.14.

Maintain project statistics as directed by management.15.

Experience with monday.com, Webvantage and/or other project management software/tools is a plus.Experience4+ years of experience in project/program management in an agency setting.Education & TrainingBachelor’s degree required; project management certification a plus.
