A fast growing economist firm located in Los Angeles, CA is currently seeking a HR Manager to join their team. The company specializes in litigation and consulting throughout the nation. The HR Manager will be primarily responsible for onboarding and overseeing payroll. The company offers a benefits package including 401k, life insurance, medical, dental, and more! This is a remote position but the candidate should be local to Los Angeles and be able to come into the office periodically.
Day to day duties:
- Overseeing and assisting with the payroll and benefits
- Payroll training
- Managing HR Coordinator
- Conducting onboarding and offboarding
- Recruiting internal positions
- Assisting hiring managers with performance reviews
- Creating and conducting team training
- Assisting hiring managers with various tasks
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as an HR Manager required
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Be able to work in office when needed
- Experience with PEO preferred
- Independent worker, strong communication skills, problem solver
