Overview

Mountz Inc.is looking for a National Accounts Manager to join our team. This individual will be mainly responsible for building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with key accounts.

As a National account manager, organization is imperative, as well as the ability to analyze performance metrics. We also expect proven negotiation skills from this individual and the ability to foster relationships with internal and external customers. Ultimately, this position will facilitate communication with customers and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintain long-term relationships with key customers;
  • Investigates customers need and wants;
  • Develops strategic accounts business plans;
  • Establishes excellent relationship with key accounts and customers to keep up with customer needs and assist in substantially growing the business;
  • Leverages Social Media tools to promote your personal brand & the Mountz Brand to key decision makers;
  • Identifies and grows business with all locations within the National Accounts base assignment;
  • Researches and sources potential customers;
  • Ensures adherence to all relevant brand guidelines;
  • Tracks, measures and evaluates sales metrics and trends;
  • Suggests innovative ways of increasing customer satisfaction;
  • Generates tools and ideas for improving national account customers’ buying experience;
  • Collaborates with Sales, Technical Support, & Marketing teams;
  • Keeps abreast of industry and market trend and best practices. Partners with key reseller channel partners to grow revenue.
  • And other duties, as assigned

Qualifications

  • Preferred: BS degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a successful sales professional
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting client’s requirements
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Professional B2B Sales training (Sandler, PSS, etc.) a plus
  • Availability to travel as necessary. Could be up to 50%
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct virtual & in-person demonstrations tying product & service capabilities to customers’ stated application requirements
