Growth Marketing Manager

Our client, and innovative consumer-facing technology and software startup in the medical aesthetics space, is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team as a 100%-remote full-time direct hire.

This person will be responsible for B2C and B2B marketing efforts primarily to attract new consumers to their free-to-use website and app in addition to generating new leads among their medical practice customer base as a secondary goal.

Ideal candidates should have strong experience in a new user acquisition, growth marketing, lead generation, or similar position, and should have strong experience across all paid social channels in addition to skills in paid search and other channels.

Huge bonus points will go to candidates who also have experience managing the customer lifecycle to maximize lifetime value, including retention and engagement activities within their database of current users.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end performance marketing across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral) Own paid and organic growth strategy, from concept to completion Build-out paid acquisition strategy; report on and calculate success of (e.g.

ROI), and make recommendations for improvement Develop retention and loyalty strategy, including building-out communication touch-points across multiple channels (email, push, SMS, etc) and implementing a ESP/Marketing Automation platform of choice Lead implementation efforts of ESP/Marketing Automation platform, including learning the platform, working with Product team on data setup and integration, and building campaigns Own demand generation efforts that support our sales team and drive MQL’s Lead development and execution of lifecycle marketing communications Partner with Editorial team to optimize content marketing initiatives on and off-site Partner with Product team to ensure analytics are accurately tracking marketing efforts ​Define measurements of success (KPIs) for campaigns, develop testing framework, and analyze data to understand impact of new channels Define growth and performance benchmarks and establish analytics and reporting for channels Build growth models using organic and paid growth loops Create reporting dashboards and share relevant insights regularly with internal teams Work with Product team to improve testing capabilities and campaign development Communicate growth performance to executive leadership to promote a shared understanding of performance marketing strategy, ROI, and opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field 5+ years experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing or relevant role 2+ years experience in overseeing the development and execution of integrated programs that leverage a few of the following: content marketing, inbound marketing, PPC, SEO, and social media Knowledge of the latest growth practices including paid acquisition, technical SEO, SEM, etc.

Experience in Google Analytics and comfortable with other analytics tools Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels (e.g.

Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc) Expertise with multi-channel CRM / marketing automation platforms (e.g.

Marketo, HubSpot) and digital marketing tools (e.g.

Unbounce, FullStory, Mixpanel, etc.) Experience designing, implementing and measuring conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests using tools like Optimizely or VWO Project management skills with ability to work independently and cross-collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Statistical approach in data-driven decision making Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to compile and present cohesive reports with clear action items and insights Previous work designing or building landing pages and/or sales funnels Experience with SaaS products that have mobile, desktop and native app assets a plus Knowledge or familiarity of SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript a plus
