Key Account Manager

We are looking for Key Account Managers to support our growth and development in the US market – specifically in New York and LA – where we are opening offices in October 2021. Do you want to be responsible for the growth of a broad portfolio of USA’s leading fitness personalities? Do you excel at building long-term strategic relationships, and have a passion for the fitness industry? Then read on, because weve got just the role for you. To put it plain and simple: we assist top tier trainers to optimize, scale, and streamline their online coaching business. How do we do this? We firstly provide them with our cutting edge white label platform, which intelligently combines all of the administrative processes an online coach needs to efficiently coach their clients. After that, we provide them with commercial consulting via their dedicated Key Account Manager (that would be you), to help them brand and market themselves effectively in the market. You would support them in selecting target groups, designing and building their visual identity on social media and on their website as well as continuously monitoring and optimizing their website and online presence in order to convert more page visitors to potential clients. As a Key Account Manager, it is your responsibility to pave the way to success for your coaches by continuously developing strategies and plans to help them optimize and scale their business. Essentially, you become the business partner the coaches always desired as we help them streamline and digitalize their business. It is our role to take them from a small individually driven business to a professionalized top-performing organization. Usually, your portfolio will span from 20-40 coaches, meaning that you can build a deep relationship with each one. Especially in the beginning, a key activity you will engage in is to add new coaches to your portfolio by selling the brand and its product & offerings. Thereafter, it will be your job to provide your coaches with commercial consulting in order to help them with growing their business. SO, WHO ARE YOU? Have experience with sales / business development / negotiation Have a strong network in the fitness and health industry in LA or NYC Are a great communicator both in writing and speaking You love building trusting relationships – both internally and externally Understand Social Media – experience with online sales and marketing a huge plus Have a strong interest or insight into fitness/nutrition/health – and preferably been working in some relation to the fitness and health industry WHY THIS JOB?
