Job Summary of the Studio Manager Role
Integr8staff seeks a multi-dimensional Studio Manager with marketing and ad agency experience in Los Angeles, CA. This role will work with the creative director to traffic projects and maintain budgets, timelines and deliverables for the creative departments from intake to delivery. The role includes budget estimation, traffic, production management, quality control, resource allocation and deadline management.
Responsibilities of the Studio Manager Role
Develop timelines per request, tracking Studio timelines and reporting back to Project Manager
Oversee, manage and execute a variety of projects from conception to delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with exceptional quality standards
Work together with client leadership & creative teams to implement an efficient work process and sound creative development process, in order to deliver high-quality concepts, production and presentation materials
Continually communicate with team on project status and production needs
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Maintain project timelines to ensure on-time deliverables
Reviewing deliverables prepared by the team before they are sent to the client
Proofread copy, artwork, and creative materials as needed
Participate actively in planning, brainstorming and strategy sessions with agency cohorts and clients
Requirements of the Studio Manager Role
Bachelor’s Degree
BA in Project Management and/or work experience equivalent of 4+ years
Experience with project management tools such as, Asana, Basecamp, or Jira
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Understanding of HTML, DHTML and CSS
Highly skilled with quality control and resourcing planning
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Works well independently, but stellar relationship builder
Ensures creative projects are implemented on time and within budget
Experience in entertainment, technology, CPG, travel and government is a plus
Understanding of print, digital production process
PC skills to include Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
