The Role:

Dr.

Squatch is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the Lifecycle Team and support our efforts in engaging, nurturing, and driving customer loyalty.

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will work hand-in-hand with the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to manage critical business tasks and strategies.

At your core you are analytical and innovative in your approach to engage customers.

This is a full-time role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, CA

COVID-19
– Temporary work-from-home, but local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and support execution of lifecycle marketing programs across automation and international growth, engagement, and reactivation Execute on complex user journeys using triggers and automation workflows Assess past performance of channels, recommend, and execute new initiatives and programs Monitor and report on core KPIs to identify areas for improvement Bring thought-leadership into all things email including recommending strategies build on analytics to further improve performance Own reporting and channel analysis, including KPIs and forecasting Monitor performance data and trends to inform the team Work to support key business goals (margin, revenue, average order value, etc) through strategic choices made with email program Present data-based hypotheses that help drive campaign strategies and initiatives Collaborate with senior leadership to identify advanced customer segmentation and insights

Qualifications
4+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing/CRM capacity for a consumer-facing company with demonstrated experience implementing and executing lifecycle, CRM, engagement, and retention programs through email and SMS channels 2+ years using Klaviyo to set up and deploying campaigns and automation 1+ years direct leadership experience Excellent data analysis skills and expertise with Excel Strong analytical skills required (ability to spot trends, test, find room to optimize, etc) Scrappy, determined, team player Problem solver with a sense of urgency Excellent communication skills Experience working in consumer products industry highly preferred
