WHO IS AN EHS MANAGER WITH BLATTNER?

The EHS Manager is a champion of the Blattner safety culture and our Blattner Safety Program.

Serves as a safety expert and consultant to the project site teams and communicates with Client safety professionals on the overall Blattner safety performance.

Using data and real Blattner examples, the EHS Manager assesses and coaches project leaders toward building a stronger safety culture.

Are you a safety expert?

Assess Blattner safety culture and verify that Blattner Safety Programs are followed, enforced, and consistent on projects to help ensure site teams are safe while delivering a quality product in an efficient manner Act as a technical expert identifying where work plans do not address safety and ensure the necessary changes occur by working directly with Operations, Learning and Development, the Lean Advantage Team, and the Quality Department Partner with site management in the technical training and development of leadership personnel in safety by possessing a clear understanding of how the company operates in accordance with the Blattner Safety Program Are you a safety leader?

Serve as a consultant to site teams on the technical aspects related to safety to determine the best outcome for the benefit of the company; must be willing to share personal knowledge and experiences Lead in the recruitment of leadership personnel by participating in the interview and hiring process, as well as managing the scheduling and placement of site safety resources Work directly with the Director of Safety, Project Manager, Site Manager, Trade Superintendent, and Site Safety Coordinator on monitoring safe work plans and taking necessary corrective action Position Minimum Requirements Five (5) or more years of experience in a construction and/or utility safety leadership role A four-year degree in occupational safety, or related field, or equivalent education and experience Willing to travel (approx.

25% travel) Electrical safety experience preferred CSP certification preferred This is a salaried/exempt level role that reports to the Director of Safety
