Compensation: $60000.00 to $68000.00 yearly

• Full Remote. Directly reporting to Senior Consultant or Managers on an engagement, serving as an executor of tasked work • Contributing to the management of contractors under the supervision or with the guidance of Senior Consultant or Manager. • Reviewing and working from established scope and work plans that comply with RHLCS policies and methodologies. • Assisting with interviews with business / legal stakeholder owners to understand current state systems, processes, and/or controls and assessing risk with minimal oversight and supervision. • Preparing deliverables such as Visio Flowcharts, Excel Workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, Status Updates, and Draft Reports on findings and recommendations. • Maintaining appropriate work papers, and other supporting process documentation for quality. • Communicating effectively with peers and management • Performing job administration responsibilities, including status reports, budget to actuals, and self-review • Ensuring timely completion of assigned project phases within a provided budget. • Exhibiting strong ethical behavior and strong morals. • Developing and maintaining effective client relationships.
EDUCATIONAL & detail oriented CREDENTIALS • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or Business-Related Field) required. • detail oriented Certification preferred. • Cumulative Minimum GPA: 3.0 overall, 3.0 major REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS • Demonstrated project management, supervisory, leadership, and mentoring experience. • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software systems/applications • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships. • Comfort managing contractors and providing written and verbal feedback • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Advanced verbal and written communication skills including documentation of findings and recommendations. • Strong listening skills to discern the best course of action for our clients

Job Requirements:
– Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required

– We need the person we full-time to be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

– Can work independently with minimal supervision

– Minimum of 5+ years of relevant Project Management experience

– Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools is required for success at this position

– Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

– Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

– Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

– Data Privacy experience desired

– Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management

– Applicants should have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

– This position will be the best fit for a candidate with a Project Management (PMP) certification

– Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

– You’ll do well at this position if you are flexible and focused
