Position Details: This is a full-time position based in the U.S., currently offering remote work with occasional in-person meetings and events in the future. Role Overview: As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and fostering relationships with potential. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying and engaging with prospective clients Building rapport with parents and students, highlighting the unique benefits of Education Conducting sales consultations and assessments with professionalism and adherence to our brand values Presenting and promoting products to prospective families Maintaining positive customer relationships and facilitating smooth onboarding processes Providing timely support and solutions to customer inquiries and issues Continuously improving sales techniques and staying updated on industry trends Collaborating with internal teams, particularly Accounts, for seamless coordination Contributing feedback and suggestions for process improvement Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or education-related field preferred Strong grasp of sales fundamentals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Time management abilities, adaptable to remote work across different time zones Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is advantageous Knowledge of the US college admissions process and Ivy League landscape is a plus Why Choose ?
