Our client, a TV Network, is seeking a Director Social Media Content & Operations to join the team.

Responsibilities:
Ensure social media campaigns are cohesive and build toward larger strategic objectives Direct production pipeline of all creative developed for social media campaigns, setting up timelines for deliverables with internal creatives and agency partners and distributing content to downstream partners Manage the social team’s existing set of tools, including analytics, publishing, security and more Manage content & publishing for Brand social pages, including developing original creative to advance the goals of the brand, supporting branded apps and developing strategies to grow brand page following Collaborate cross functionally with the digital video team on YouTube strategy, analytics and best practices Keep up to date on the latest social media best practices, ensuring the department’s campaigns remain optimized Manage the departments social analytics reporting in conjunction the department’s current vendor Manage hiring and training of freelance creative and operational employees Manage department equipment, not only tracking existing assets but staying on the cutting edge of digital creative equipment and evolving department needs Lead social media department presence at digital events including San Diego Comic-Con, TCA, red carpet premiere events and more Lead department FYC efforts during awards season Oversee social media account security, claiming and setup Optimize new employee training program as well as continuing education for existing employees immersing them in all social best practices Optimize and lead talent social media education program and create more frictionless engagements with show talent
Musts:
