You have a high level of professionalism, passion and a sense of urgency to make things happen Core Output Statement and Description Overview The Technical Product Manager is responsible for supporting Trusaicrsquos product design, development and optimization projects. These efforts drive key insights for large employers throughout the United States and internationally, aiding them in solving their most complex operational challenges at the intersection of data, risk and compliance, people analytics, and financial performance optimization. Essential Duties Responsibilities Excellent partnering and collaboration skills with both internal and external groups Proven technical problem solver with strong project management skills Able to think and lead complex projects simultaneously You bring a customer centric mindset and can think across technology and business Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to converse at all levels of the organization Develops and defends points of views with data and analytics Ensure effective two-way communication between the software development team and internal and external stakeholders Understand the company vision, business goals and identify critical customer requirement Additional Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrated ability to lead and discuss technical discussions with enterprise partners Experience working in an agile environment delivering strategy via incremental releases Skills Abilities required to perform Duties 3+ years of experience working in HR related technology products, with experience in the design and delivery of data platforms that extract, transform, secure and store data, and then perform complex business logic using data to create analytic outputs for internal and external customers. Experienced in enterprise-level Payroll, HR, Benefits, IRS filing Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance industry laws and regulations Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap Able to generate thorough, comprehensive and simple, E2E requirements documentation Education, Certifications or Training desired Undergraduate degree required in computer science or related technical discipline advanced degree preferred
