Come join us for the rideRole overview The Manager, Field Sales will directly manage, coach, and develop a field sales team regionalized within the continental US. The Ideal candidate will spearhead the rollout of new products and programs, ensuring that reps are adequately trained and confident for significant client adoption. What you’ll do Apply an analytical mindset that allows for deeper inspection of individual, team, and segment level pipeline development and forecasting. Bring a growth mind-set to the team while continually driving accountability, trust, and integrity. Effectively communicates, formally and informally, up and down the organization. Contribute to all aspects of sales management administration (forecasting, region reviews, etc.). Comfortable and proficient in the implementation of sales processes and methodologies. Continual spot coaching, as well as organized sessions in the interest of up-skilling members of the team on a professional, personal, and financial basis. Speaking engagements and face-to-face responsibilities as required Get in the trenches to strategize and help to move deals across the line with the team. Travel into market with team members to provide in-field mentorship and development What you’ll bring Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. At least 2 years of related experience required. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
