TCG is seeking a Social Media Director to join our agency client on a permanent basis.
The Social Director role will work with account director, Creative Director + day to day team from their client.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
•Educating internal and external teams on platforms
•Set cadence
•Manage post calendars
•Oversee organic and paid strategy
•Drive creative performance
•Non-conventional agency client relationship, this role is an extension of client’s team
•Content ideation and creation
•Analytics/ Reports
– pull and present to client
Job Requirements:
Must Have:
– 3-5 years experience managing/directing social media efforts
– 2-5 years agency and brand experience is necessary
– Extensive knowledge of all social platforms (Instagram, facebook, tiktok, youtube, etc.)
– Strong knowledge of current trends as it relates to social platforms
– Strong paid strategy
– amplification and execution
– Experience creating content calendars using Asana (or similar)
Tools:
Experience working within project management platforms like Asana, Airtable, Monday, etc.
Experience using content management systems like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.
