As Director of Product for Title & Launch Management, you will work in the Creative Production & Promotion team and sit at the intersection of the content creation and the streaming experience.
You’ll manage a team of product managers and program managers scaling & innovating on the launches of thousands of titles across the globe.
You’ll work on a large scope of products and business problems
– from using technology to gather pre-launch consumer feedback on titles to annotating content for better discovery to predicting launch risk.
You’ll act as a “general manager”
– leading and collaborating with a cross functional across technology and operations to scale title launches.
You will partner with global and regional business leaders to set a vision and chart a course.
A successful candidate will have strong business acumen, exceptional cross functional leadership abilities, creativity to look at problems in new ways and the boldness to try new things, a hypothesis-driven mentality, and a balance of interpersonal and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Set, communicate, and execute on a vision and strategy
- Mentor and coach a team of senior product managers
- Work with operational and creative teams to roll out products to our talent, studio employees, and agencies
- Instill a culture of hypothesis testing, measurement, and velocity to learn in the product organization
- Deliver and communicate measurable business impact
- Align and influence operational teams to solve business problems

- Exceptional analytical skills
- Experience or education in technology or business domains.
An undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or related disciplines, or an MBA, are a plus.
