We are looking for a Director of Product Development!
The successful executive will have technical depth, business acumen, and a desire to create delight in every customer experience.
S/he will have a passion for driving technical product direction, leading and inspiring cross-functional teams, and influencing executives as well as engineers.
The ideal candidate’s experience encompasses technical architecture and/or software development, business strategy, and people management experience.
This executive will have an ability to leverage prior success within a complex business that has enormous amounts of transactional, repeatable data.
Responsibilities
Own product development, strategic vision and business ops Analyze data and utilize best practices to ensure optimal decisions are being made The role requires leading multiple teams in a complex domain that serves both as a platform/capability for others while also serving majority of the feature needs for customers
Qualifications
Computer Science degree with 10+ years of experience in the software product industry in senior architecture and software development roles Banking industry experience Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality SaaS products Effectively balances domain expertise & leadership skills to drive impact & results Track record of success leading multiple assignments in their craft Track record of establishing technology sourcing directions for the product division and provide context for these decisions to the company
