The Change Manager is responsible for monitoring and supervising the data science-related changes supporting the substrates business organization and plays a crucial role in ensuring that substrate business stakeholders embrace the change.

They ensure that change projects are implemented on time.

This role will be a part of a technical team and will be working closely with a group of Data Scientists.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Providing leadership for change management work across a combination of projects and programs to deliver strategic business outcomes.Change Management: Consulting with staff members to identify and manage anticipated resistance.

Coaching managers and supervisors to improve implementation & communication.

Ability to influence others and achieve common goals.Stakeholder Management: Excellent engagement skills with an ability to collaborate with all key stakeholders.

Exhibit excellent communication skills and build strong munication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence while demonstrating executive presence and good judgment.

Aid management in preparing effective presentations for roadshow, update meetings, etc.

Creating communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy.Business consulting: Solid business acumen with an understanding of Intel’s strategy, business, and product groups.

Collaborating with management to gather and analyze operational information.Analytical capabilities: Ability to see the interconnectedness and cycles of all that surrounds you as well as draw accurate conclusions from data and determine appropriate interventions to address business challenges.Project management: Ability to execute fundamental project management skills where needed and appropriate.

Own weekly tracking of projects using reports in JIRA and provide regular updates.

Project communications outside the immediate project team.

Tracking implementation progress and reporting back to management.

Advanced organizational, project, and time management skills.Tolerance for Ambiguity: Ability to navigate and develop a path in the face of a fast-paced changing environment that may include unpredictability, conflicting directions, and multiple demands.Implement change strategy development, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communication and engagement planning, adoption and sustainment plans, and effectiveness measures to support project success.QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.Minimum Qualifications:The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees; plus, the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below: 1
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Change Management, or a related fieldwith 8 years of experience in Change Management Principles and Methodology.2
