Responsibilities: The Director of Operations position directs and oversees company operations for all contracts and agreements.
Responsible for managing the overall business and operational activities for the organization.
Manages in the most cost-effective manner within quality and safety standards.
Allocates materials and workforce needs, establishes standard operating procedures, and supervises the daily work of direct reports, and collaborates efforts across divisions.
Requirements: Experience in contract negotiations Experience working with union representatives Bachelors degree in engineering or business is prefer; MBA preferred 10 years of relevant work and leadership experience Experience in multi-site environment
