Director of Digital

Woo is looking for a Director of Digital.

The right candidate will be a key business leader and is responsible for the growth and management of our web and digital product production.

This role serves as the team lead and voice to our client partners and the Executive Team, and is a lead source of knowledge, guidance and inspiration for all digital projects.

Responsibilities: Technology Solutions & Implementation — Oversee regular management and successful delivery across accounts.

Team Management — Team leader and advisor, oversee people, tools and workflow.

Project Scoping
– Support the development of new proposals & scopes of work.

Skills & Experience: * 8-10 years of experience in Web & Digital production management.* Background expertise in web product and agile methodologies, including sprint planning and implementation.

Ability to excellently and smoothly deliver custom and complex client web & digital work.* Experience implementing web management tools and platforms like Jira, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Drupal, WordPress, Shopify and related digital products.* Ability to lead and manage a team, and act as a bridge to client and executive management.* Agency background or experience growing and leading a digital team is a strong plus.* Full stack development & responsive development experience with capability of coding backend (using php and javascript) or the frontend (html/css/js/react.js/react native).* Strategic input around UX/UI/Interaction Design.* Experience with performance testing and optimization.* Experience with cross browser testing and optimization.* History of Devops, setting up servers, databases, load balancers, firewalls, caching, backups, etc.

**Must be located in Los Angeles and/or willing to commute**
