About the Role: Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is hiring a Relationship Banker for our Draper Branch.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Originate and manage a portfolio of $15-20 million or higher with the overall objective of maintaining and increasing its asset quality and generating fee incomeManage construction, CRE, and C loansTake applications for loan business and assess customer ability to qualifyParticipate in developing lending and deposit business for the BankDevelop new and existing business relationshipsMust produce increasing profitable loan volume, maintain a low delinquency and charge off rate, and ensure that lending operations are in accordance with established Bank policy About You: QUALIFICATIONS:Five to ten years of similar or related experienceEducation equivalent to a college degreeKNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:Good computer skills, communication skills, and strong managerial skillsMust have experience analyzing business financial statements and assessing riskMust have knowledge of bank products, lending law and compliance requirementsWORK ENVIRONMENT:PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
