Director, Digital Marketing

Reporting to General Manager, North America, this role will focus on strategic planning across acquisition & retention programs to drive new customer acquisition and hit topline sales targets.

This role will lead our acquisition & retention team members to drive sustainable and efficient growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Build monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing plans to achieve topline sales & new customer acquisition targets
· Develop a cohesive acquisition & retention strategy across channels to drive the most efficient CAC and ROAS without sacrificing the brand or long-term growth
· Manage monthly budget and targets through bottoms up forecasting while executing against ecommerce plan and objectives
· Bring deep channel expertise and insights driving strategy of product mix across channels to drive desired AOV, revenue, CAC and ROAS goals
· Develop long term testing roadmap in partnership with Sales team and Marketing Analytics
· Lead channel strategy across new product launches and evergreen campaigns achieving topline sales & new customer acquisition goals
· Partners closely with our digital marketing agencies and internal brand teams
· Provides clear briefs rooted in historical learnings, current trends, and/or clear testing goals and KPI’s
· Identifies & leads strategic growth opportunities, using a philosophy to create pilots to validate proof of concept before taking key learnings to expand
· Present clear and concise recaps based on performance and benchmarks across business meetings
· Exhibits a strong eye on the market for emerging channels and trends QUALIFICATIONS:
· 7-10 years in direct-to-consumer paid media buying experience including but not limited to social, display, search, video (i.e.

Facebook, Google, Pinterest, YouTube, etc)
· Experience with a digitally native and/or subscription brand is highly preferred
· Experience managing multi-million dollar ad campaign budgets
· Thorough understanding of KPIs such as CAC, LTV, & AOV
· You have a rigorous creative testing methodology and a passion for ongoing campaign optimization to improve performance
· Experience in scaling/increasing campaigns spends while maintaining or improving performance KPIs
· Self-starter.

Able to learn quickly, work autonomously, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in Excel and data analysis
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills
