Bottega Louie: Host/Guest Services Associate

Bottega Louie Restaurant & Patisserie debuted in DTLA in 2009 and has since gained a legendary reputation as a world class patisserie and luxury Italian restaurant.

We recently opened our second location in West Hollywood and have opportunities for hospitality professionals to join our team.We are looking for Hosts/Maître D’s that embody the following:A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a teamA genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all of our guestsAttention to detail and willingness to deliver an exceptional guest experienceProfessional appearance and the ability to consistently adhere to our attire standardsMust have a flexible schedule, available to work 30+ hours per week (for Full Time): days, nights and/or weekends.

Part Time is available as well!Job Responsibilities:Demonstrate a hospitable approach to all who are coming in to enjoy the Bottega Louie experienceExude warmth and grace at the front door.

Maintaining your composure during busy shifts and ensuring guests are taken care of prior to their mealPerform station opening/closing and side work duties for each shift, always checking out with the manager on dutyComfortable managing the flow of the dining room.

Responsible for a busy waitlist and ensuring tables are seated in a timely mannerDemonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasmUnderstand and embody the Bottega Louie brandQualified Hosts must be engaging, warm, and have a team-based mentality.
