Please continue YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS: The Department of Medicine Director of Project Management serves as an extension of the Department of Medicine executive leadership team and manages all aspects of key projects.

Project Management role responsibilities include key decision making, leading, coordination, completion, and operational maintenance of all projects within the Department of Medicine ensuring the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope.

Other duties include, but are not limited to, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring project progress, preparing status reports, summarizing progress to the department executive leadership team.

The successful candidate will work directly with department leadership and all participating staff to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and completed successfully.

Your Contribution will include coordinating external resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project.

Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, while assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

You hold a critical role for AHF as the Project Manager-Department of Medicine by implementing and facilitating processes, products and services that will improve the quality-of-care AHF provides to its patients.
