Join us and let’s get started.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Business strategy, data analytics and operations planningCommunication strategy branding and marketingChange management strategies and organizational development plansOrganizational effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency practicesSurvey design, stakeholder interview techniques, data collection methodologiesExperience in user research, design strategy, and space programmingBackground in design disciplines, I/O psychology, business, economics or planning desiredMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, architecture, planning, design or related fieldPreferred QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign)Web based data analytics, visualization, and GIS softwareProject management, project work planning, schedulingSpace programming, user research, design strategy and conceptual designHighly collaborative, highly communicative creative team playerExcellent presentation and communication skillsComfortable in a fast-paced, open, creative environmentAbility to contribute to workshops, focus groups and presentationsCritical thinking and persuasive writing skillsFamiliarity with research methodologies and processesFlexibility and the ability to work on more than one project in more than one teamAdditional Information:Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.

The salary range for this position is $48,000 to $65,000.AECOM is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits program to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
